I believe No.69 was Wan Cheung of Group L in mid-1944. The group stemmed from the outstanding group of Lui Ka-yin (No.68). He was in the same group of other Wans at Taipo Tsai in Saikung. These included Wan Tong (possibly No.66), Wan Kapp, Ng Tak-cheung (No.70), Joseph Tsang Yuk-cheung (No.63), Cheung Po-man (No.67), Ma Chun-kwai (?), Chau For (?) as well as Sgt. Lo Hung-shui (No.64) & Andrew Chan (No.78). Some of the group were arrested and executed.
