No.49 IP Kam-wing was leader of BAAG FIGS Group P formed circa July 1944. It was an out-growth of Group M which consisted largely of former HK Police Rerservists.

Ip Kam Wing was one of David Loie's group of police reservists, some of whom were tragically caught when 'M' group was broken. He then was picked to lead a new Group, 'P', and was given a new number.
