Would this be the Mackintosh who owned Mackintosh & Co.Ltd., Men's Wear Specialists, 16 Des Voeux Road? If so, according to HK Dollar Directory 1935, my father's cousin Lyall Glendinning worked for the company. Thanks to Gwulo I am still discovering family "trivia".

The wedding was solemnized at St John's Cathedral, Hongkong, on October 27, of Mr Frederick Alexander Mackintosh, of Hongkong, and Miss Mabel Osborne, who arrived in the Colony the day before from home. The ceremony was performed by the Chaplain of the Cathedral (Rev VH Copley Moyle). The bride was given away by Mr RL Bridger, and Mr HF Scriven supported the bridegroom as best man.

Any chance they left any notes or photos about their time in Hong Kong (especially the internment in Stanley)?

There was a similar account of the wedding on page 8 of The Hong Kong Telegraph for 1914-10-27:
The bride was given away by Mr. R. L. Bridger, and Mr. H.E. Scriven acted as best man. A large number of friends witnessed the ceremony, including Mrs. Eustace, Mr. and Mrs. Chapple, Mrs. Dick Bridger, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Crawford, Mrs. Carmichael, Mr. and Mrs. Diss, Mr. and Mrs. Paine and Mr. and Mrs. Nicholls.
Similar accounts appeared in the Daily Press and China Mail the next day.
