I believe that this photo was taken on the way from Star Ferry Pier to the Zoological Garden. Unfortunately, I have no exact loaction. Any idea?

Having in mind the suggestions by marlowe for the location of this image I renamed the file. It's on the way to Ocean Park.

Are the buildings on the Skyline on Stubbs Road?
So I'd guess it's taken across Happy Valley, towards Stubbs Road, maybe from near the start of Blue Pool Road.
