This is the Tai Wo Ping Interchange. It was subsequently removed although the section of road bottom right is still there. The curved on/off ramp area is now a planted area with the LCSD symbol on it.

I'm not sure, but I think the large residential blocks in the middle distance on the right side of the photo are So Uk Estate.
If so, is the straight road running under the bridge in the foreground the stretch of Taipo Road where, if you follow it out of the left side of the pic, it passes the old North Kowloon Magistracy, now SCAD Hong Kong?
