Yes, I think so too. The photos follow the route along the Maclehose Trail stage 2 in the backwards direction from Pak Tam Au. The photos take us as far as the pass after the climb up from Sai Wan, but it's not clear yet whether Cliff carried on from there along the Maclehose, or walked over to the Sai Wan Pavilion and out along the road.
Chek Keng Village
Hi David,
The photo would seem to be taken at the Jetty (https://goo.gl/maps/BxYMQFa5Vm52). The line of site seemed right.
