Hello
I'm interested to hear from anyone who might have informaiton and or pictures of what Austin Avene and the surrounding area looked like in the early 1960s. I am a foundling who was left on the stairwell of number 9 Austin avenue that "block" when last I visited back in 2012 was offices and a night club
But I would love to know more about that area what was there where the local police station might have been

You were almost exactly half-way between two police stations, both marked in black on the map.
I'd guess you'd have been taken to the Yau Ma Tei police station to the north:

The alternative was TST police station to the south:
