According to the Jurors Lists, James A. Lawson (Assistant Supt. Engineer, Jardines) lived at this address in 1931-1932 and again from 1934 (by which time he was employed as an engineer at IndoChina Steam Navigation Co.) onwards.
The 1933 Jurors List states that William McLean (assistant, Shewan, Tomes & Co.) lived at the house (presumably only for a short time).
