ARP Tunnels Still Accessible?

From what has been talked about on this site, It seems that all of the ARP tunnels are no longer accessible right?
Well. HK URBEX just published this video of inside ARP tunnels.

The only hint they gave is that it is 'near a large urban populous', so I assume it is either near leighton road/star street ARP tunnels, or in Kowloon.
Any ideas?
I enjoy HK Urbex videos however, they are not very inclusive of other people and do not disclose any locations. Quite a shame, I really think they should let people get more invovled.

A further look at the video and I see the toilet pictured here. http://gwulo.com/node/33997 , so it is the Leighton Hill ARP network.
But that doesnt answer how they accessed the tunnel complex. Or is there an access point I just dont know about?
