I'd say 1964. Tavistock is there (1964), but Luginsland (1965) hasn't been built. 
That's the Hang Seng bank (1962), to the left of the ferry.
That's the view from the Ferry Pier at Jordan Road.

1964....don't think so.That is not a 15year old...no way did I look like that in 64.
