I believe the original picture has the correct orientation because it shows Phase 1 (which was...built first!). The image shows the Lai Chi Kok bridge crossing the bay on the NW side of the estate as shown here: https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3492/3229996693_b1b1edefa5_z.jpg
