This building was built in the St Joseph's College lot (IL 579) at Robinson Road.
This building did not exist on the 1901 or 1913 map. On the 1901 and 1913 map, only one building is shown in the lot, the original St. Joseph's Building, built in 1881 . The earliest map that shows its existence was in 1941, where it shows 3 buildings occupying the same lot. The middle one is the original St. Joseph's building. The one closest to Robinson Road was presumably the "Southern block" of St. Joseph's , probably built immediately after the earthquake and later used by Wah Yan and St Joan of Arc. The building farthest away from Robinson Road is the "St Joseph's Terrace" here on this page. It seems to be a residential building for the church since the beginning; and is the St. Joseph's Terrace proper. It was demolished together with St. Joan of Arc school (2nd gen), St. Joseph's Building (original SJC at Robinson Road) in 1988 to make way the "Robinson Heights".
