Osborne Barracks?

Looking for help to identify these photos my grandfather took when he was in Hong Kong with the British Army in the 1950s. I've carried out some research by looking at old photos but with limited success. The photos have also been shared with a number of Facebook forums. I'm really grateful for any help anyone can give as my goal is to build an album showing my grandfather's photos against the modern day photos of our time in Hong Kong.

Given the proximity of Hong Kong Island in the background, probably Whitfield Barracks in Tsim Sha Tsui.

A banner hangs within one of the 1/F arches bearing the letters "RHQ" and some other illegible words or characters. Anyone know what RHQ stands for?

Am presently writing a short story (for my family) about their Chinese mother -( we married in Hong Kong in December, 1959) - who worked and lived a short walk from the buildings seen in the photo.      I can confirm that it is Whitfield Barracks, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon.      I was posted to 2 Squadron, Hong Kong Signal Regiment in July 1958, and my office as Squadron clerk was on the upper floor of the building in the photo, which is identical to the photo that I took in 1959 from the upper verandah of the barrack block in which I was billeted.        Is it possible that Gemmas father was also in the Royal Signals/or REME attached during the periodJuly 1958 to March 1960 ? (I was then posted to Singapore).

There is a character "J" at the front.

It can match the skeleton record plan of the barracks.
