Cropped from 1965 View over Central & Harbour from The Peak
Near Harcourt Road on the edge of the tidal pool, a vertical structure can be seen (in the circle). It looks much like a pile driver that is doing groundworks for the Harcourt Road Flyover. I believe this is the Mid-60s tower / chimney near Tamar [c.1964-c.1966]
