I wonder whether this, or most of the other films showing in the 1950s, were big hits.  Television was not a competitor, so the air conditioned cinemas pulled in the customers more or less regardless of the quality of the films being shown. 'The Beast of Hollow Mountain' was showing.  (Andrew S)

The film "The Beast of Hollow Mountain" was screened at the Metropole between 30 August and 2 September 1957.
