Hi Andrew, I have seen this stone-concrete wall combination, and the lifeguard tower somewhere.  I think this place is also Lai Chi Kok Beach.  The hills in the background might contradict my thinking.  Regards,   Peter

Yes, it is Lai Chi Kok Beach. The tin shed with signage and the fenced-off area can be seen below on the left.
