Likely much closer to Sheung Wan
Hi There,
The photographer was likely standing somewhere when the east bound Tram turning back to De Voeux Road Central. on Cleverly Street. If you zoom in you should be able to see the rails. The photo seem to show it is quite old as CMB had not changed their colour yet. The Lung Kee Restaurant also provided confirmation of the location. I think I saw the outline of the old Wing On Department Store too.

Re: Single-Decker Tram
I have seen photos of the single-decker tram before. I think the yellow sign with black lettering above the headlight says "Driver Under Instruction".
