Wonder if he is referring to Albert Raymond who, along with his wife, was interned at Stanley.
There was also another couple
There was also another couple in Stanley surnamed Raymond: Emma & Edward. They were in the same block as R E Jones, so I'd lean towards them as the couple he's referring to, but I can't be sure.
