Good Morning,

Here is a British Flag hanging from a window on the right side of that photo.

I cannot figure out the construction site on the other side of the road.

Chater Road below. St. George's Building and Queen's Building are on the right. King's and York Buildings have been demolished to make way for Union House, Phase 1 redevelopment. See here
