Bunkers above Pok Fu Lam Reservoir [????- ]
Primary tabs
If you look carefully you can see it as you take the steps down from the service reservoir to the main reservoir. It's about one third of the way down the steps, on the left. It has the wavy outline along the top of the concrete that we have seen on other, similar bunkers.
At the bottom of the steps, if you turn left you'll soon come to a small stream and a public toilet. There are several more bunkers here, both at road level, and further up the slope. This bunker is likely part of that same group, so it will be worth a more careful look around this area later.

The one I found was at the place mentioned in another post, but the inside had been used as a toilet before, it didn't look like the one posted by iloveoldhk. Was I at the wrong place?
Pok Fu Lam Shelters
Not certain which one is in the photo. If it is beside the steps leading up from the Management Centre, then there were several more together some distance into the "jungle". It is a long time since I was there, but I seem to remember them being on the side of a valley.
There were another group of five at the far end of the reservoir, if you haven't already seen them. Follow PFL Rd along the side of the reservoir until it crosses sides, then does a sharp turn to the original direction. The shelters were on the right. I use the past tense because it is some time since I was in the Reservoir area.
Military Toilet Block
Was there about a month ago. I am pretty sure this is the military toilet block, which is off the staircase trail up to the service reservoir. As Rob said, there is a number of regular splinter proof shelters in a group. They are accessed on a old staircase right just a bit further than the staircase upto the service reservoir (down the reservoir road and away from the watchmans cottage). The staircase is on the left when going this direction, right next to one blown out bunker and the country park toilet. It has a small barrier built at the start to signify that it is not a sanctioned trail. The bunkers are in three clusters as I recall, some bricked up. On another location node in the area someone posted a proper map of the area.

The map in question! The photo I took was the very top 2 bunkers, position A.
Bunkers behind public toilet
I have visited those on the same day after locating the PB near the service reservoir. Namely, when I went downstairs from the service reservoir, I found the military toilet block on the left.
Upon reaching the vehicle road by the PFL reservoir, I turned left and went upstairs beside the public toilet for the bunkers.
