There was also a 'Sky Room Bar' in Wanchai which was a popular haunt of the RAF guys in the late 50's.  I seem to recall that the 'manager' was called Jimmy.  I can provide a photo of the neon sign......!

Created a place location for the establishment in Wanchai. Probably the forerunner to the Ocean Bar at the corner of Lockhart and Luard Roads.

That location sounds about right!  I certainly remember that the Sky Room was on a corner, so that would put the entrance on the landward (south) leg of Luard Rd at the crossroads with Lockhart Road.  Google Earth shows a blue hoarding (Emperor International Holdings Ltd.). Happy days!
