It seems that your marker is within the campus.

If viewing from the Google Street Map, I can't make out any milestone.

this part of the old Tai Po Road route is now located within the grounds of the two schools, I don't think Streetview is allowed on private property so if you want to see if the milestone is still there you will have to go in person.
