Premises of Tak Yan School at No.2 Nelson St / No. 61 Tung Choi St, Mongkok, which was Wah Yan College, Kowloon, built by Peter Tsui in 1927/28. A mortgage was obtained from the Ho Hang Bank (later becoming the Overseas Chinese Bank).
The demolition date is a guess, based on the completion date of the next building on this site.

The new building is mentioned under "Works Completed" in the PWD's Annual Report for 1928:
School—“Wah Yan”—on K.I.L. 1568, Sec. A, s.s. 1, Nelson Street.
