I am curious as to the origin of the subject pair of poles found near Green Lane, Happy Valley.

Greetings, pyktsang.  I can only guess (1) remnant from the previous staircase that was replaced, (2) retired gas lamp posts, (3) one street view nearby shows someone walking his dog, does it count?  Regards,  Peter

Agreed that they are bollards. This pair looks unique in Hong Kong. Wonder when it was installed.
