The position of PB12 where the one legged Chinese Admiral Chan Chak's escape launch was shot up from as his party were escaping to find the 2nd MTB Flotilla.

That would be around the location of the circular building as shown in the middle of the photo below:

This photo was taken from Lei Tung Estate on a foot bridge earlier today.  The chance of locating the remains of this pillbox is sort of unlikely.

A few more photos of the approximate location today:

I have no idea where was the original shoreline.  The current shoreline is lined with small shipyard and other industrial stuffs:

Looking back towards the typhoon shelter from the top of the stairs.  If you imagine the two tall buildings were not there the location could really see the whole eastern channel of the harbour:
