Hi there,
I was in the area last night and saw the two blocks are under scaffoldings now. On the ground there are a few concrete blocks with iron support so I guess something big is going to happened. The outlook is uncertain.

Tonight I saw a note on the gate of the boarded up site confirming the houses are already being demolished.

Hi there,
I am uncertain whether these two are listed in the Government's 73 or not. BTW, the other one located in Mongkok Road had completed remodelling and is now a sportswear store.

Some updates about these two. They are gone already. The demolishment was really quick. They have cleared most of the debris already.
