I thought Forman's photo sets of two families were taken independently, but then I noticed this photo. The two boys having their shoes cleaned are from Family B, while the girl watching from the right of the photo belongs to Family A.

Was there any connection between the two families, or just the natural connection between expat families with young children?

As I am one of those two boys of family B getting shoes shined in the photo, I can affirm that the 2 girls are not related to Family B members.
