Gweilo - Martin Booth

I just finished reading this excellent book, also called "Golden Boy" here in the States. Anyone know of any other good memoir-type books out there about HK, preferably set in the 70s or 80s?

The Concubine's Daughter is a novel, but is a good read and covers those years in Hong Kong. It's by Helen Kwok and is available on amazon. If you liked Martin Booth's memior, I suggest his novel, Hiroshima Joe, based on the story of Nagasaki Jim, who he wrote about in the memior.

"Fragrant Harbour" by F.D. Ommanney is a very nice book about HK in the early 60's.
