Hello Anthony,

I don't know anything directly. However Wikipedia says: "FEER was set up in 1946 [by Halpern] with seed capital provided by the Kadoories, Jardines and the Hongkong Bank." By chance I visited the Hong Kong Heritage Project today. They are creating an organised archive of the records from the Kadoorie family and their businesses, so it might be worth contacting them.

Can you say any more about what you already know, and what you're looking for, to help other people who may have something to contribute?
