"For years without headquarters of its own, the Hong Kong stock exchange moved into 10 Ice house St., an imposing nine story building formally opened on 11 May 1934 by Mr. GH pots, chairman of the stock exchange (South China morning Post, 29 May 1934)"

Good to have the construction year at last. There's a description of the opening on p. 7 of Hong Kong Daily Press, 1934-05-12.
