The family were stuck in Stanley Camp in 1944, so that's likely where Alan was baptised. Or perhaps he was baptised later after the end of the war, as the decade on the card isn't very clear: https://search.grs.gov.hk/en/searchcarl.xhtml?q=&names=&cno=151431.
My guess is that he was baptised on 2 July 1944 in Stanley Camp, and it was mentoned in a list of baptisms published by the Cathedral post-war.
