The Parsee relegion is Zoroastrian and not Muslim. In the 1800's many Parsees were associated with the British East India Company and they came to trade in Canton, Macau and Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Parsee cemetery was established in 1852. Parsees are sometimes referred to as Persian because this is where they were originated.

The Hong Kong Eurasians community were made up of desendants of people with mixed parentage. They could be of European or Parsee and Chinese parents. Bear in mind that in the 1800's  about one-third of foreigners in Hong Kong were Parsees. We can assume that first generation Hong Kong Eurasian appeared in around 1840's and thereafter, there were inter-marriages between Eurasians themselves, or Eurasian women being protected by either European or Parsee or Jews. You will notice many older Eurasians in Hong Kong have Middle-eastern facial features as well as Caucasian's. Sir Robert Kotewall (Kojwal) was a Parsee Eurasian and his Parsee father was burried at the Happy Valley Parsee Cemetery.  Many of the Kotewalls married Euraisans of European parentages, such as Zimmerns and Lowcocks. In summary, older Hong Kong Eurasians are of multiple cultures.

A good source of reference would be Peter Hall's "IN THE WEB". According to this book, Stanley Ho's maternal grandfather Sin Tak Fun was an Eurasian who had an English father by the name of Stephen Prentice HALL. This is the only reference as to Stanley's English link.
