Hi there,
The photo shown abover seemed to have excessive foreign vegetation. I found an old photo of the Sacred Hill here:

There didn't seem to have anything like that.

Looking at the photo, my guess would be the spiral path leading up to the Guia Hill and Lighthouse in Macau.
