Mary Constance Reilly, nee Butlin b.1869, daughter of George Butin of Westfield House, Braunston, Northamptonshire. She was the first wife of Major Charles William Reilly RAMC b. 22 Feb 1859. Ireland. He studied medicine at Edinburgh and then joined the Royal Army Medical Corps as a surgeon, being commissioned in 1887. He served in Afghanistan (Relief of Chitral), China (Boxer Rebellion), South Africa and India. Mary Reilly died young of dysentery in China in 1898 and is buried in Hong Kong Cemetery.
