I can confirm that Tubby el Arculli is the same person as Fakir Mohammed el Arculli (30th September 1906 Hong Kong-2nd November 1956 Hong Kong)

The source of evidence is the Happy Valley Muslim Cemetery Burial Record which records both names for the same person. 

 

F.M. el Arculli was the son of Osman el Arculli (5th August 1878 Hong Kong-7th May 1920 Hong Kong) and Kulsum Moosdeen (12th August 1882 Hong Kong-29th December 1928 Hong Kong) and the father of Rhoda Mariam Acrulli (1936-) and Ronald Joseph Arculli (2nd Jan 1939-)
