The 1949 aerial photo shows an empty lot so the house was possibly destroyed in the fighting in 1941.

I've added December 1941 as a tentative demolition date. I've also added in 1923 as a guess at when it was completed, as that's the first year's Juror's List that it is mentioned in:

c Douglas William Ewart Engineer Asiatic Petroleum Co., Ld.     168A   The Peak

It used the original address, 168A, The Peak.

Buildings on The Peak were renumbered on Jan 1st 1924 (see https://gwulo.com/node/34922), so the 1924 Jurors List shows its new address, 523, The Peak / 523, Magazine Gap.
