in 1965, it was at 19A Lock Road,Kowloon.

Thanks, Doug.

I see that a bit earlier in November 1941 it was at 15 Hangkow Road and owned it seems by a Robert Leigh who was then granted a liquor licence. Probably still there when I took the pic.

The poster in the background advertises a film about the atomic bombing of Hiroshima.

Was the Blue Peter Pub located in the same area? I seem to remember it was a popular place for seamen to have a quick drink before getting to their ship by walla-walla. The Blue Peter flag signifies a ship is sailing in 24 hours.

I found a mention of a Blue Peter Cafe at 98 Nathan Road in 1948: http://books.google.com.hk/books?id=SgouAQAAIAAJ&q=%22blue+peter%22+hong...

I'm not sure if it is related to the pub or not.

Today's 98 Nathan Road is on the SE corner of the junction with Granville Road.

Regards, David

The address given by David is correct. Please see this photo from 1964.

I've made a Place for the Blue Peter at: http://gwulo.com/node/21980
