Maybe this is a duplication but

 

My understanding is that 119 The Peak (and subsequently 118 The Peak) was originally Modrenaght which belonged to HK Telephone Co. I think there are other photos of this house. In the 1950's it was often photographed by visitors to The Peak being white-washed with loads of garden flowers along the walls.

Addresses on the Peak have changed several times over the years. There's a handy list at https://gwulo.com/node/34922 that shows the different variations.

Between 1914-1924, Ardsheal's address was 119 The Peak, but in 1924 it changed to become 357 The Peak.

1924 was when Modrenaght's address became 118 & 119 The Peak.
