Maybe this is a duplication but
My understanding is that 119 The Peak (and subsequently 118 The Peak) was originally Modrenaght which belonged to HK Telephone Co. I think there are other photos of this house. In the 1950's it was often photographed by visitors to The Peak being white-washed with loads of garden flowers along the walls.
