Timeline:
- 1933: 30th August, Hong Kong Brewers and Distillers Ltd opened its brewery here. [1]
- 1948: San Miguel buy the brewery. [2]
- 1996: San Miguel stop production at this site in May. They open their new brewery at Yuen Long in September. [2]
The Bellagio housing estate was later built on this site.
