Founded Kowloon Dairy with Rudy Choy in 1940.

Rudy Choy was a BAAG agent in WW2. Arrested by the Japanese and fortunately released. 

Looking at the Jurors List for 1940, it appears George Ah Wee was involved with HK Dairy and Ah Wee Dairy.
