Remains of crocodile in a Hong Kong restaurant

I found a reference on  a Chinese language web site  a few months ago which I translated into very poor English and it seemed to refer to the remains(maybe only the head) of a crocodile caught in Hong Kong. A long time ago I think.

Does anyone know more?

Forum:

A stuffed crocodile or alligator was to be seen in Condor's Bar near Mong Kok railway station in the 1970s.

Yes the one in Mongkok seems to be the one . Please can you tell me more? Are there any photos of it online?

We've got a couple of pages about that bar:

And its owner:

But no photos yet.

I read in a book that in around the 1870s a man introduced several rabbits to Stonecutters Island. Does anyone know more about this?

I understand from research that rabbits were introduced to Stonecutters Island around the 1870s for the purposes of hunting. Can anyone tell me what became of these rabbits? Were there ever any other attempts to introduce foreign animals to Hong Kong?

The AFCD say squirrels are introduced: http://www.afcd.gov.hk/english/conservation/hkbiodiversity/database/popu.... I'm not sure if they were introduced for any purpose. The SPCA says " It is believed that they have bred from either escaped or released pets.": http://www.spca.org.hk/en/animal-welfare/wildlife-welfare-hong-kong/hong...
