I found a mention of a Blue Peter Cafe at 98 Nathan Road in 1948: http://books.google.com.hk/books?id=SgouAQAAIAAJ&q=%22blue+peter%22+hong...
That's on the north corner of the Nathan Rd / Granville Rd junction.
Moddsey's photo from 1964 shows the Blue Peter Pub at that same location.
