8, Queen's Road Central [????-1953]

This building was in the middle of the block between Zetland and Duddell Streets. A 1911 map shows it was number 8, Queen's Road Central (see plate 3-4, Mapping Hong Kong). The road has been re-numbered since and today I think it is on the north-east corner of the New World Tower site, 16-18 QRC.
It was the oldest building on the block for many years, and the last with a covered walkway:
I estimate it was demolished in 1953, as this 1954 photo shows an empty space where it stood:
