I believe BAAG No. 18 was Thomas Wong Wing-tim of Group P formed in May 1944.  He was one of the instigators which consisted of former HK Police Reservists originally under Group M of David Louie (M.S.),  Group M was largely decimated soon after activation in mid-1943.  Group P was destined to be used by S-section for Counter-espionage work of the BAAG.  Thomas Wong Wing-tim became a Clerk of M.A. da Silva Post-War.
