Lawrence Tsui noted the name could also be romanised as LIU Yau (see http://gwulo.com/comment/30740#comment-30740).

The point that No 78 (romanised as Li You in BAAG documents) could also be romanised as Liu Yau is credible, and that this name on the list could acceptably be altered to "Li Yu/Liu Yau".
