David, here is the photocopied page from the street index of 1903, showing buildings on Peak Road, and relating to the residence of John Ambrose Jupp, known as 'Ianmor' or 'Ian Mor'. I don't know whether he occupied Ian Mor East or West. The jurors list just gives 'Ianmor'.
This is page 47 from the 1903 'Index to Streets, Numbers of Houses &c', photocopied for me by the HK Record Office. It shows the names, house numbers and I.L. numbers. Ian Mor West, no 16 has both I.L. 1485 ascribed to it, and I.L. 1147 which it shares with nos. 18 & 20 'Luginsland'. Was it built over two lots? Any ideas?
Many thanks, John
