Re:19 South Bay Rd., Stella Maris was developed by us after pulling down the original house, built by a Mr and Mrs Kwan in the 1930s, and sold to my mother in 1952 or thereabouts. I am trying to locate the architectural plan and any stories relating to  the Kwan family and the old house, for instance, what happened during the war.

I have searched with Land Registery :re 19 South Bay Rd Repulse Bay of ownership :the Original family who built the property,   KWAN See to Tsau sold the above property to my mother Annie Lam YOUNG 05/11/1954  then AL Young redeveloped into 4 townhouses Stella Maris:19 19a 19b 19c, sold 19a 19b and 19c early 1980s, kept #19 for the family. The  Young family finally left and sold 19 South Bay Rd Repulse Bay in 1986
