At last night's talk, a member of the audience had lived here, and explained the name.

Nothing to do with views of boats in the harbour, it comes from the old address for this building: 406, The Peak.

Say the number 4-0-6 in Cantonese and you get Sei-Ling-Luk, "Sailing Look"!
