Here are the notes about him in the Japanese court martial documents:

Domicile: CANTON Province. PO-ON, Hok Pu Yuen.
Residence: HONGKONG, HONGKONG Area, "Chong Chin” Ward. Chinese. LAU TAK KWONG. Age 38 years.

The accused LAU TAK KWONG was a fireman in the HONGKONG Gendarmerie.  He is a brother of LAU TAK OI.  About the middle of April 42, he was visited by LOIE FOOK WING who was living with LAU TAK OI, and asked to help in espionage work against the Japanese on behalf of the British.  He promptly agreed. Up to June, 1943, he investigated and reported on fire brigade of the gendarmerie and on the progress made in restoring various kinds of industry in HONGKONG.  He also allowed his house to be used as a repository for various secret articles to be passed to LOIE FOOK WING.

BAAG Roll of Honour

Last night I had the chance to ask local expert Cheng Po-Hung about this. He says it was the Japanese name for the district we know as Shek Tong Tsui:

"Chong Chin" district

Lau Tak-kwong beloned to BAAG Field Intelligence Group Group M formed mainly by Police Reservists, led in the field by David Loie Fook-wing (M.S.) and William Mok Kai-sang (C.C.) as rear controller in Wai Chow, Free China.  Tso Chun-on was amongst the original instigator, but he did not participate in Group M after it was turned over to the BAAG.  Instead, it would appeared that Tso went to work for Thompson's SIS group.
