Timeline from the 'Milestone' page of the company's website:

  • 1935: The company bought a 475 sq. m site on Castle Peak Road for HKD$10,000 to house the new factory.

  • 1938: Operations transferred to the new 1,400 sq. m factory on Castle Peak Road. A contract was signed with the British HK government, appointing Garden as the major supplier of wartime army bakery goods.

Folks,

Took this earlier today.  On top of the nettings there appeared to be a declaration: "Revitalisation in progress, see you in mid-2022".  I guess we shall see in a few months concerning what is going on there.  A change or heart\change plan maybe?
